One of the sub-topics I would like to deal with is panic attacks. An idea I have is a way of helping people who are dealing with (or in the middle of) panic attacks to get out of them and to calm down. While looking online, I came across steps to help relieve them, called S.T.O.P
I could use these steps in my project as a way of helping people relieve their panic attacks.
