The final mindfulness app I looked at was Omvana, which solely focuses on meditation. As a free user, you get 25 free tracks if you sign up.It also gives you tips if you’re new to meditation.
Their free sessions include sleep meditation, deep rest meditation, vision meditation, beginners meditation and more.
The app isn’t any more unique that the other meditation/mindfulness apps that I have looked at, and to be honest I found the app harder to use than the others – it was slow and unresponsive at times. The only difference with this app and others is that it gives you the ability to mix different tracks together if it suits you better.
