ZMeditations (also known as the Mindfulness App) is a simple app that contains mindfulness audio guides, ranging from 5 minutes up to 40 minutes. As a free user, you can only listen to the 5 minute audio guide.
The five minute audio guide is focused on disconnecting quickly when you’re busy and don’t have a lot of time on your hands.
It’s a simple app with one concept – practicing mindfulness through guided audio sessions. It’s design is nice but a bit too simple for me and looks a lot like other similar apps on the market.
