My brother showed me a website that reminded him of my project called Pixel Thoughts.
Pixel Thoughts is a meditation tool that claims to clear your mind in 60 seconds.
First, you are asked to type the stressful thought out.
Then, the thought you typed is placed into the circle, and for 60 seconds, reassuring sentences are displayed, as your thought circle gets smaller and smaller.
I really like this! It’s really simple but is a good idea. The reassuring sentences help you put things into perspective, and I also didn’t notice how small the thought circle was getting because I was reading each of the sentences.
It’s a really nice, quick way to calm down and relax and help you realise that everything will be okay!
